Marieke Lammers
I started my career as a mortgage consultant. Soon thereafter I became a certified real estate agent and appraiser in Arnhem, close to my hometown Zutphen. Together with my husband, I have now lived for many years in beautiful Weesp. From real estate, I delved into styling and interior design and ran several interior design stores in the Netherlands, including a 7,000 m2 Amsterdam shop-in-shop specialised in everything related to the home.
In 2013, I went back to my first passion: real estate. I worked for several years at a real estate agency focused on expats. In 2020 I became owner of real estate agency Lammers + Dijkstra.
One of the best things about my job is the moment that I can hand over the key of the new home to a client. People often think that they will never succeed in finding their dream home. When that long-cherished dream comes true, it is of course wonderful. We regularly get great feedback from our clients about the smooth process and the fact that we take care of everything for them. That makes me really happy.
